Russell Ramsland, a cybersecurity expert whose company has worked with NASA and MIT, testifies that he has analyzed Dominion along with Hart, ES&S and others, crunched election data, generated mathematical models, tested his models, and found that Dominion machines made Joe Biden overperform by 5.5% across the board.
Dominion gave Biden an extra 123,000-136,000 votes in GA, according to his analysis.
Additionally, 96,000 mail-in ballots were never returned, but were assigned to voters.
