US Special Forces on Tuesday arrested Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba in Delaware as he left a waterfront hotel for a clandestine meeting with members of Kamala Harris’ campaign staff, a source in General Eric M. Smith’s office told Real Raw News.
Kuleba, our source aid, has been in the US illegally since August 30 and had already attended two private meetings at which he and Harris’ team were negotiating how much money the US would give to Ukraine under a Harris presidency. White Hats say Kuleba is a “war criminal” and foreign spy who enriched himself massively on US tax dollars, having received from Volodymyr Zelenskyy a commission for brokering the $60 billion in “foreign” aid the US has gifted Ukraine since the start of Vladimir Putin’s “Special Military Operation.” The $60 billion figure is the official narrative; White Hats say the actual amount is closer to two trillion.
Our source said White Hats have evidence proving Kuleba pocketed at least $10 million of US currency for his role in negotiating the deal, though RRN has yet to see that proof.
Nevertheless, Kuleba’s arrest marks the third time White Hats have arrested Ukrainian nationals on US soil for identical crimes. In November 2023, Special Forces apprehended Ukraine presidential aide Andriy Yermak and Economy Minister Yulia Svyrydenko in Virginia, based on US Army Cyber Command documents showing the duo had raked in billions of dollars. They were later hanged.
As for Kuleba, White Hats discovered he was in the US only after he had already held two meetings with Harris’ campaign manager, Julie Chávez Rodríguez, and Jake Sullivan, the current National Security Advisor to the Biden regime, at The Quoin Hotel in Wilmington. Our source said White Hats have heard chatter suggesting Harris will tap Sullivan as her secretary of state if she steals the election; Rodríguez’s future role remains a mystery.
On Monday White Hats learned from a “mole” that Kuleba would attend a third meeting the following afternoon, and Gen. Smith ensured Keluba wouldn’t participate.
“We found out he was staying at a hotel not far from the Quoin and had a fair idea when he’d leave it to make that meeting. He was scheduled to return to Ukraine the next day, so this was our chance to grab him,” our source said.
Gen. Smith, he added, coordinated the operation with allies at US Army Special Operations Command, which at once sent a Special Forces unit to Delaware. They quickly ascertained that Kuleba was accompanied by two presumably armed Ukrainian Security Service agents. A few miles away, the Special Forces surveilling the Quoin Hotel spotted “dozens” of FBI agents patrolling the exterior and interior, and ruled out grabbing Kuleba—or all three—there because they would be outmanned and outgunned at a tactically disadvantageous location.
They opted to move against Kuleba before he reached the Quion.
Special Forces, our source said, surrounded Kuleba and his escorts in a parking garage across the street from the hotel they’d been staying at. His guards suddenly found themselves peering at a half dozen muzzles pointed in their direction. Although neither escort spoke English, they understood the severity of their predicament and placed their sidearms on the ground. Only Kuleba spoke and understood English, unsurprisingly saying that Joseph Biden and Kamala Harris had granted him full diplomatic immunity against searches, seizures, and unlawful detainment.
“Of course we told them we don’t recognize such immunities. The illegal administration has no authority to grant diplomatic immunity to anyone. Kuleba and his pals were taken into custody, and we have them stashed away,” our source said.
As an aside, RRN realizes this article conflicts with official narratives claiming Kuleba “resigned” his position as Foreign Defense Minister in the aftermath of a Russian missile strike that killed 51 people at a Ukrainian military academy. As much of this article was written prior to his resignation, we believe the official narrative, though plausible considering Ukraine’s catastrophic losses, is a cover story.
Also, I want to briefly comment on the buzz of the so-called DOJ indictment alleging Tenet Media was paid by Russian disinformation specialists and fed pro-Putin talking points to popular YouTube influencers without their knowledge. It is our contention the DOJ has been largely gutted, the real Merrick Garland is dead, and many of his cronies are in custody awaiting military tribunals. We have no opinion on Tenet Media or the influencers who have already responded publicly to the allegations, as we neither know nor follow them. We maintain, however, that the Biden regime has been bankrupting the US by funding its terrorist allies in Ukraine, and that Vladimir Putin, love him or loathe him, has agency to safeguard his country against Deep State encroachment.
We’re sure the regime and its MSM cohorts will continue to vilify Putin and Trump as somnolent sheeple get their daily doses of news from CNN, MSNBC, etc.
