#4141 – JAG Arrests Former FBI Supervisor Who Targeted Trump

The US Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps on Thursday arrested former FBI supervisory agent Sally Moyer, a Biden acolyte, on charges of treason for her role in the debunked Russia Gate scandal that plagued Trump’s early presidency, Real Raw News has learned.

Moyer, a progressive liberal, spent 16 years at the Federal Bureau of Investigation where she focused on counterintelligence and espionage investigations, ultimately serving as Unit Chief of the Counterintelligence Law Unit within the National Security & Cyber Law Branch. She undeservedly received many awards, including the Intelligence Community Legal Award for Attorney of the Year, the Director’s Award for Outstanding Counterintelligence Investigation, and commendation for expert legal guidance during critical operations. In 2018, House Republicans unmasked her as “Agent 5,” one of 34 FBI officials involved in the failed takedown of President Trump. She was also a close friend of the deceased Hillary Rodham Clinton.

According to a JAG source, President Trump and then-Acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen secured a sealed indictment against Moyer before Trump left D.C. for his Mar-a-Lago command center in January 2021. The indictment went to JAG, who, as we’ve described, was so swamped with sealed indictments that many got relegated to the simmering backburner. But justice is patient, and last week her file reached the desk of JAG Commander Major General David J. Bligh, who signed a warrant for Moyer’s arrest.

Our source said JAG investigators launched a pre-dawn raid at Moyer’s home Thursday morning, and that she was taken into custody while still wearing pajamas.

The indictment, in part, accuses Moyer of “knowingly providing false affidavits” to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) to secure warrants targeting the Trump campaign in 2016.

Our source said Moyer also helped propagandize the discredited, infamous Steele Dossier funded by the Clinton campaign.

Moyer, he added, had been taken to a secure processing center, where she’ll be held before heading to GITMO to face a military tribunal. She has reportedly hired an outside defense team led by high-profile attorney Abe Lowell. His request for Moyer’s immediate release was rejected by a military magistrate, citing “national security exceptions” under the Military Commissions Act.
