White Hats on New Year’s Eve arrested a senior Food & Drug Administration (FDA) employee on charges of treason and domestic terrorism after a US Army Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) unit found in his home refrigerator samples of the highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza, sources in General Eric M. Smith’s office told Real Raw News.
The Arrest
Investigators from the US Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID) reportedly stopped 43-year-old Levi Baumann, a supervisor at the FDA’s Office of Inspections and Investigations (OII), as he drunkenly stumbled out of a bar only a few blocks from his workplace in Washington, D.C. He and dozens of partygoers had just rung in the new year singing Auld Lang Syne while uncorking bottles of bubbly champagne and imbibing flutes of more potent celebratory spirits. Unbeknownst to Baumann, the attractive 30-something female sitting on a barstool beside him and engaging him in flirty conversation was a CID agent tasked with luring him to her hotel room under the pretense of wanting to have sex with him.
Our source said that White Hats had thoroughly performed a deep dive into Baumann’s background and learned that he, a married man with two teenage children, was a serial cheater known for concealing extramarital affairs from his family. Using fictitious identities, Baumann had dating profiles on “hook-up” apps, including Tinder, Bumble, Plenty of Fish, and Seeking, portraying himself as a “separated male looking for friendship and fun.”
“CID did the setup. They had a woman in their ranks who fit the definition of what Baumann liked, per his profile, and, honey-trapped him,” our source said.
At half past midnight, the seductress asked Baumann to accompany her to her room a few blocks away, and Baumann, inhibitions worn down after drinking enough to sink a battleship, happily accepted the invitation. He was so intoxicated that he didn’t question why, a few minutes later, the woman stopped near a dead-end alley and said “her ride” would arrive in a second to drive them to the hotel where she was staying.
Her ride was a black Ford Econoline van, out of which two men wielding 9mm SIG Sauer P320 pistols and zip cuffs sprung.
“This is too kinky for me,” Baumann reportedly said as he tried walking off.
But the agents subdued, cuffed, and gagged him, and shoved him into the van.
The Investigation
On December 28, a federal 5th Columnist told General Smith that Baumann was an agent of the Deep State who had somehow obtained live H5N1 virus samples and was illegally and unsafely storing them in the refrigerator/freezer at his residence in D.C. The unnamed Columnist showed the general video of Baumann carrying a red tote cooler with a “Bio-Hazzard” label onto his premises on December 27.
H5N1 virus, also known as Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI), is classified as a Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3) agent. This means that research and handling of this virus must be conducted in a BSL-3 laboratory due to its potential for serious disease and transmission risk to humans. In the United States, H5N1 is stored at over 75 of 200 BSL-3/BLS-4 laboratories; most samples are at Arizona State University, the University of California, the Center for Disease Research in Milwaukee, and the Texas Biomedical Research Institute.
Our source said Gen. Smith took the 5th Columnist’s claim seriously, since White Hats had indicted other former FDA officials, including Stephen Hahn, of conspiring to amplify the COVID Plandemic and sabotage the nation’s food chain.
“Over the last two months, the Biden regime and its MSM and allies in big medicine have been pushing for the FDA to approve vaccines for the bird virus, and we know they’re trying to convince Trump it’s a real threat. The last thing we need is another Warp Speed. It’s been our belief, and we can’t prove it yet, that the Deep State is intentionally infecting cattle with modified H5N1. If this coc****** Baumann really had H5N1, we were obliged to investigate,” our source said.
Our source said that Baumann had told his Facebook friends that he’d be at Blackfinn Bar from 6:00 p.m. till “whenever” on New Year’s Eve and encouraged them to join him for a night of merriment. When he left his home for the bar at 5:30, White Hats were watching and waiting but did not arrest him at once because he was with two apparent friends. No sooner had they taken a UBER to the bar than the CBRN team entered the home and found the H5N1 in his fridge behind a box of eggs.
“Then, CID put their woman into the mix, and she played her part perfectly,” our source said. “We’ve destroyed what he had, and CID will torture him if they must, to find out why he had them. The Deep Staters are evil to the core.”
